Grá Geal Studio collects only what we need to make and deliver your stationery.

What we collect

Your name, email, postal address and payment confirmation (via Stripe), and the wedding details you send us (names, date, venue, wording, guest names for place cards).

How we use it

To design, print and post your order and to contact you about it. We do not sell your data. With your permission we may send occasional updates, and you can unsubscribe at any time.

Who processes it

Stripe (payments), Tally (order forms), our email provider and our printer. Our website uses the Meta Pixel to measure our Instagram advertising.

How long we keep it

Order records are kept for 6 years for tax purposes. Wedding details and guest names are deleted 12 months after your wedding date unless you ask us to keep them.

Your rights

Under GDPR you can ask to see, correct or delete your data by emailing support@grageal.com. You can also complain to the Data Protection Commission (dataprotection.ie).
